Dian Hong - Yunnan Black Tea
Dian Hong produces a darker brownish brew with a flowery aroma. Dian Hong has a full-body taste that goes very well with milk and sugar. When using porcelain Gaiwan or Yixing tea-ware, boiled water at 90-95 Celsius Degreed and infuse it about one minute. It is important not to over brew this teas as they will easily go bitter or exhibit astringency,
