This unique tea involved a process of piling which refers to the process during which the sunned semi-made tea is piled up, watered, and stored in an environment with a temperature of over 25“C and a relative humidity of 85% to promote its fermentation. Pu-erh is made of  Yunnan big-leaved tea and contains far greater aquatic extract, GTP, and catechin than other famous teas of China. It therefore shows greater efficiency in anti-aging. In addition, several kinds of helpful bacterial groups will grow during fermentation. These bacterial groups can reduce the absorption of triacid glyceride and sugar in small intestine and boost fat decomposition by ferment.
