Tikuanyin The Iron Goddess of Mercy is one of China's most famous Oolongs. The floral flavor of this Oolong is exceptionally light and smooth with a long lasting after-taste. Use approx. 2 teaspoons (3 grams) of tea per 8oz cup. Water temperature should be around 85 celsius degree, Steep for about 3-5 minutes.
