Oolong is a semi-fermented tea and has some of the quality of both black and green teas. And there are two types of Oolong, Dark and Green. Green Oolongs tend to have a stronger sweet fragrance while Dark Oolongs tend to have a stronger sweet aftertaste. It is known that Oolong can reduce excess accumulation of fat in the human body and enhances the function of fat metabolism.
