This Oolong is roasted and taste as the name, honey like aroma. It is strong, I mistaken once infuse it too long and the flavor was rich and little bit bitter. I will keep this tea in seal canister two year and see what happened, I like the aged one more, it is smoother.
I bought a aged tikuanyin from grandtea before , I think it is also roasted, and the has a special taste which I don't have word for it. I love it. -
