Currently, we don’t provide any free samples to new customers. Many of our teas can order in small portion as little as 25 grams. Regular customers can leave a message and tell me what free samples you like to receive with the order.

What kind of package do you use for tea?

We commonly pack loose tea into aluminum foil bags or sealable-foil zip bag which can protect tea against moisture. A layer of foam is being wrapped outside to prevent being crushed.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping cost is calculated from the weight of the items. In the final stage of checkout process the shipping cost is clearly showed on the page.

When will my package arrive?

Most places around the world take around two weeks.

Is my package trackable?

Yes, You will receive a tracking code to your email account.. You are able find the tracking information about you parcel/small packet through online service of HongKongPost.com.

When can I claim a refund if I am unable to receive package?

If your package does not arrive within the following specified time and the package was never signed for (i.e. never delivered) GrandTea will provide a full refund of purchase cost and shipping.

What is your return policy?

If an order is short shipped, if the wrong product was sent, or if merchandise is damaged or defective, GrandTea.com will issue a full credit for product cost. No partial returns will be accepted, and merchandise must be sent back in original individual and case packaging. Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. If you opt to return acceptable merchandise, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

How do I become Premium Member?

You can become a Premium Member one of three ways:
