The name Bi Tan Piao Xue means "Falling Snowflakes on a Green Lake", so called because the tea leaves resemble snowflakes falling from the sky when infused. It is a high grade jasmine tea with a pure jasmine scent and strong tea taste. Recommend to all green tea lovers who like jasmine tea.

Preparation:
Use about 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 150ml of water, If you like it light use 1 teaspoon every 150ml. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 70°c (158°F) to 80°c (176°F) for 1/2-1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
