This White Down Silver Needle (Baihao Yinzhen) is one of the finest white tea produced in the districts of Fujian province. This tea is delicate and has a subtle fresh sweetness. Compare to our organic variety of White Down Silver Needle (available soon). this is more delicate, gentle and less green.

Preparation:

Use approx. 2 teaspoons of tea per 6oz cup. Water temperature should be low, between 75-85 Celsius, Steep it for least 2 minute or more.
